This report details development results from Q2 2025 and ongoing developments within the company across its three divisions. Highlighting the subsidiaries which have ongoing developments.

The company continues to grow as more opportunities come forward to spread the company and its IPs out into a better capacity across various mediums of entertainment, licensing, and business.

Q2 2025 Summary

  • Dark Titan Collectibles released its first set of collectible trading cards.

  • First two episodes of Tales of The Dead Days have been completed and ready for release.

  • Several projects entered early development and production.

COMPANY DEVELOPMENTS

  • Tales of The Dead Days prepares for its October release on YouTube from Dark Titan Animation and Dark Titan Digital Studios.

  • A character guide is being developed exclusively for licensing purposes.

DARK TITAN ENTERTAINMENT - DIVISION 1

Dark Titan Animation

  • Tales of The Dead Days, the first official project from Dark Titan Animation is preparing for its release on October 7th starting with Episode 1. Episodes 2, 3, and 4 will release the following weeks after in serialized format.

  • Dark Titan Universe Chronicles is moving forward as an animated series. Developed to be between 8-to-10 seasons with 10 episodes each set in a new Dark Titan Universe Continuity.

  • Dark Titan’s The Sacred Swords is still moving forward as an anime series. Series is being redeveloped for a broader season-arc.

Dark Titan Games

  • Dark Titan Interactive has been changed to Dark Titan Games for a more simplify approached to its interactive business and developments as several IPs are being packaged for licensing opportunities.

Dark Titan Television

  • A new Unannounced Limited-Series TV show has completed the writing phase.

  • Massacre in the Dusk potential sequel series are being discussed following Luke Cline on new cases.

DARK TITAN DIGITAL & SOUND - DIVISION 2

Dark Titan Digital Studios

  • Tales of The Dead Days will officially release on October 7th. The following three episodes will release weekly every Tuesday.

  • Ninja Warrior Adventures is set to release sometime in 2026 on the Dark Titan Digital Studios YouTube channel.

  • Three potential digital series are being reworked into the Dark Titan Universe Chronicles animated series for franchise potential.

Halevior Music & Sound

  • Echoes of The Dead Days is still on track for a Fall 2025 release sometime after Tales of The Dead Days.

  • An Untitled Audio-Drama set in the EverWar Universe is in development.

DARK TITAN IMAGINATIONS AND PRODUCTS - DIVISION 3

Dark Titan Books

  • Two omnibus collections for the EverWar Universe Literature and Symbolum Venatores Prose labels have been canceled as the focus for both series will remain as future individual releases.

  • A 22-to-24 comic book set in the world of the Symbolum Venatores IP is in development.

Dark Titan Collectibles

  • The Universe of Realms Trading Cards will be releasing its fourth set of collectible cards in July with more planned for future releases throughout the year.

  • A Dark Titan Universe Trading Card Game is in the works from Dark Titan Collectibles.
